Lawrence Leong , a Senior Consultant with Ephod Consulting Pte Ltd, is a very well sought after Professional Trainer and Practitioner in the area of Visionary Leadership and Management. Lawrence Leong has vast experiences in Financial Services District Management level with a Multi-National Corporation. He has been involved in the financial services industry for the last 26years. 

Over the years, his agency has achieved numerous awards and accolades including the prestigious Pinnacle Club, Summit Club, Hall of Honours amongst others. In year 2004 he was admitted to his company's Hall of Fame.

Lawrence is actively involved in the financial services industry where he was a charter member, council member and then the President of GAMA Singapore. His last position was as Executive Vice-President of the association.

He is a licensed Moderator with the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) for some of their management courses. 

Lawrence holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
