Tat Chuan is a Senior Consultant and Professional Trainer with Ephod Consulting Associates Pte Ltd.
He has multi-facet experiences both in education, entrepreneur and arts. He has gained his working experience in financial services, management consulting, human resource management and project engineering with reputable organization including Citigroup, Wuthelam Holdings, Andersen Consulting and Honeywell. For the last 20 years, he has worked in various MNCs holding key managerial positions as Senior Consultant and Deputy Director for Research & Analytics.
Tat Chuan completed the Harvard Law School Negotiation Program. He graduated with a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management In Massachusetts, USA and MA degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University.
Has also real life professional engagement with all management level, organizational intervention and strategic financial areas.
His forte is in Creative leadership to bring about real organization applications for service, financial and creative excellence. Being with Idea Factory has help corporate leaders in being more aware with Social Intelligence engagement with their Customers and Employee. Tat Chuan has worked with organizations including ABN Amro, Agere, AIA, Asia Pacific Breweries, ASTAR, EDB, ExxonMobil, F&N Group, IKEA, Mettler Toledo, M1, Oakwell Engineering, SAP, Schering Plough, Tektronix, UOB.
He uses experiential and simulation based methodology to bring about realistic and challenging platform in all his training workshops. He is the Co-developer of the Powerful “Strategic Finance and Business Acumen Boardgame” for Corporate Learning and Development interventions. |
