Dr P.J. John earned a M.A. in Intercultural Education, a double PhD in International Relations (Vision International University USA) and Education (Kennedy-Western University USA) in Psychology. He has won Editor's Choice Award June 2002 winning from The International Library of Poetry.  Poet of merit award from International Society of Poets published poetry in book and  CD formats.  He is listed in the International Who is Who in USA of Professional Management in 1998/1999.   He is a seasoned professional behavioral consultant and counselor who has counseled and trained many individuals and organizations in the area of self-development and productivity.  He is the co-author of “The SQ: SAKAL Quotient; Unleashing Your Ultimate Potential to Success which is circulated in over forty countries internationally.  His training cassettes and CDs with materials on motivational subjects have been released into the thousands in the region.

Today Dr. John is widely travelled in Asia, Africa, Europe, America, Australia and is in demand as one of the most inspiring motivational speakers in this region.  As a public speaker and trainer, he has spoken to audiences reaching tens of thousands in different nations of various continents.  He has also reached radio and TV broadcast audience of over 1 million listeners and viewers.  A dynamic speaker, his presentations are always alive and never fail to engage the audience.  He believes you must begin to live in harmony with the laws governing the universe.
