Dr. James Lim has a strong diverse background of more than 20 years experience. In his 15 years with Hewlett Packard his versatility spans from industrial research, high volume manufacturing, and management to human capital development.

He was Director of VOSA International overseeing Sales & Marketing. In Hewlett Packard he held various regional and global roles as HR consultant specializing in Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition & Attraction, Talent Deployment.

As a trainer, facilitator and consultant, he is adept in team building, change intervention and leadership motivation. James’s passion is in Employee Engagement and Strategic Learning; through action learning, coaching, mentoring and growing people to think systematically and creatively, implementing processes and achieving a much higher degree of innovation and value creation. Areas of expertise include creativity and innovation, leadership, organizational development, brain power, and systems thinking.

He graduated with a Master of Arts in Education & Human Dev., George Washington University, U.S.A.; Ph.D. (Chemical Engineering) UMIST, U.K.; M.Sc. (Bioreactor Sys.),UMIST, U.K.; B.Eng. (Chemical Engineering), NUS, Singapore.
