Model), change management (M.O.V.E. technique), emotions (anger & resilience) management, team leadership and persuasive presentation (C.R.O.S.S. & I.M.P.A.C.T. Models). The focus of his approach is a flexibly structured, process based methodology to provide a platform for reliable performance.
As a people skills development coach and behavioural therapist , Frederick has counselled and coached divisional heads and team leaders from the health-care; food processing; high end technology and professional services industries to manage the people side of change.
His consulting work involves diagnosing development areas in inter and intra-workgroups communication, coordination and conflict management processes in clients' organizations and coming up with measurable and sustainable solution roadmap through personality-task fit profiling, counselling, coaching, training, performance feedback processes and standards consulting. Frederick has worked with organizations including Motorola, Fuji Xerox Singapore, Asia Pacific Breweries , Chartered Semiconductor, UPEK, SAP , DBS Vickers , BMW Asia Pacific, F&N Coca-Cola, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, AXA, Gates Rubber, Fuchs Lubricants, F&N Foods, Roche Diagnostics and Singapore Food Industries.
Frederick gained his working experience in corporate sales to Fortune 500 customers. Since 1987, Frederick has specialized in the sale of high-technology engineering solutions dealing in six and seven-figure transactions and complex sales cycles to CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior executives. For the last 20 years, he has worked in various MNCs holding key position as Senior Manager and Business Development Director.

(Success Quotient Intelligence). He graduated
with a PhD in Education (HRD), an MSc
degree in International Marketing from the
University of Strathclyde and a Master of
Accountancy degree from Charles Sturt University in
Australia. He is also a certified member of
the International Coach Federation and the
International Association of Coaches.
